Little Louie LLC Comic Website (currently not available)
Little Louie LLC officially started in August of 2018. That year is what I call the Trench Warfare for me. That was the time I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and lost my eldest brother, Jonathan. Although I miss him to this day, our family knows he is in heaven with Christ. Shortly after, before September of 2018, I dropped my enrollment to Dunwoody College in St. Paul, Minnesota for a BA in Architecture once the $90k price tag kicked into my mind on how to pay that back.
I cried out to the Lord on what could I do? I tried to brainstorm many ideas that fit my realm of skill and talent at the time. Something related to manufacturing sparked my interest. Frustrated with nothing, I went upstairs, outside, onto our deck that we had at the time to clear my head. Right then and there, the Lord prompted me to go back down into my room. I was confused, I just came from there! Sure enough, as I went into my room, my sister's cat, Louie, was on my bed and it hit me. I drew his face on a piece of notebook paper and the Lord blessed me with a company name and logo.

The inital concept of the company was to manufacture small wooden boxes and sell them. Seems simple, right? I sure wished so. Creating true through dovetail boxes was a challenge and complicated to do with speed while maintaining the quality. Eventually, the box idea was scrapped–there were only a couple handful made.
Here's a photo of the box:
During the production of the boxes, I wanted to create a unique way to promote the product. My sister and I first thought of an animation ad, but the cost was too high. Instead, we settled for making a comic book. What went from a secret society around wooden boxes transformed into a mafia repentence story that has nothing to do with boxes (although, it's still in the background). That story is called Among the Villains.

Production for a comicbook should've been easy too, right? Depends on how it's made. If you opt for whipping together simple characters with light backgrounds, then yes–very easy. Well, I have an incredible eye for detail and wanted a replica of Boston, MA from the 1930s. Buildings were modeled as well as an Elevated Rail with the correct architectural style found in that region (New York had a different structural design). Months in modeling. Years in storyboarding. Challenges with workflow and proportions for characters in the 3D perspective. I had the crazy idea to build custom software for organizing our content and went to a community college for Computer Technology (wrong degree for that) for a year. Eventually the comic book was paused and concluded a script would be written instead while I transferred to Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA for Film & TV Production. I completed one year before God tasked me with a new assignment: Dr. Hawk.
Dr. Hawk is a thriller short film that is actually a completed work by us. You can find it on our YouTube Channel, Little Louie Studios, or right here.
Little Louie LLC has morphed from illustrating comics to a digital film production house. The heartbeat of the company is to produce film that glorifies God while showing a compelling story–eventually to compete with Disney.
As of 2025, Little Louie is developing the screenplay for Among the Villains–a film trilogy, alongside creating short films.
